Our Purpose

Our purpose is to put together a one stop shop for all history and genealogy pages in the state of Tennessee. A one stop gateway into research in the volunteer state. Our members are made up of a wide variety of organizations. ALHN, USGenweb. TNGenweb, Rootsweb, USGennet and more. We do not claim this page to be a member of any of those projects. Nor do we claim ownership or copyright to any files located off this directory. We will not host research files in this directory or compete with any project's work. We merely hope to provide links to all the great resources, projects and pages out there for the State of Tennessee no matter what organization they belong to. We have not been asked to join any project and have no plans to do so. Joining our club does not give us anycopyright on any of your work, nor does it give us the right to suggest what may be on your page. We do reserve the right to deem any page unworthy of linking to, dealing with such issues as foul language or deceptive practices. This includes, but is not limited to asking for money to provide research. We support free genealogy and history.

What does it take to become a member of the club?

Honorary membership is bestowed on anyone or group who has a genealogy or history page related to Tennessee. The only benefit will be increased viewership of your page. We do not now, nor will we ever require dues or that you belong to any group or organization. Anyone we link to that does not wish to have their link on our page may e-mail us for removal at any time. We do not claim any copyright to any work, other than the graphics we created, our javascript, java and the html for these pages.
