CHADWICK FAMILY

Daniel Chadwick was born about 1835.  He married in Grainger County on
3-3-1857 to Permelia Capps. The following approximate dates were
gathered from the Grainger County census.  They had children as follows:
An * in front of a name indicates that this line will follow.

1.  John Chadwick born about 1861
*2 Tipton "Tip" Chadwick born 2-8-1866 and died 8-13-1949.
3.  Josiah Chadwick born about 1873 and married Mary E. Arnwine when she
was 16 on 10-6-1899.
4.  Frank Chadwick born about 1878.

TIPTON   "TIP" CHADWICK

Tip Chadwick was at one time the sheriff of Luttrell.  He was also a
shoe maker.  He was born 2-8-1866 and died 8-13-1949.  He married Adora
Hill 8-13-1891.
Her parents are Alfred Hill and Sarah Robinson. He died on their 42nd
anniversary, apparently.  They lived on Flat Creek Road in Union Co,
TN.  Their children are as follows:

1.  Zona Bell Chadwick born 5-14-1892 and died 9-26-1924.
2.  Daniel A. Chadwick born 1-15-1894 and died 5-31-1896.
3.  Eva Mae Chadwick born 1-25-1896 and died 1-3-1973.  Married Onal
Clyde Hubbs.
4.  James H. Chadwick born 1-1898 died as a small child.
5.  Pearl Palestine Chadwick born 5-14-1903 and died October of 1974.
She was married to Cillus de Coster Partin.
6.  Lucy Viola Chadwick born 10-10-1905 and died 5-20-1970.  She married
Thomas Jefferson Stalsworth.
7.  Ula Sally Chadwick born about 1909.  She married first to Desford
Hopson and then to a Hodges.
