Ellen Kelly Mitchell

Ellen Kelly Mitchell, born about 1862. She was the second wife of Henry Howard Mitchell (my great grandfather) and the daughter of Ephraim Prigmore Kelly and Sarah Elizabeth Shelton.  Henry was first married to Ellen's sister Laura who died after their 4th child was born.  In the photo, Ellen is with her two granddaughters who are children from her daughter Hattie Huddleston (Ellen's daughter from her first marriage).
