Law Firm Formed

CLEVELAND, Tenn., April 12- A new law firm of Kerr & McClary has been formed here by H. D. Kerr and J. Lakes McClary, Jr. Kerr was formerly associated with Judge George E. Westerberg. He has been practicing law for the past four years. He was graduated from the Middle State Teacher's college and the Cumberland university law school at Lebanon, and is president of the Young Republican club. McClary is the son of Dr. J. L. McClary. He was graduated from the Cumberland university law school and is an ardent democrat. Offices are being remodeled in the Guaranty Clothing building on Ocoee street.
