Miss Hattie Tate died at Monteagle last Wednesday. Her body was shipped to Cincinnati, Ohio to be cremated. She has been an invalid for several years. She was 64. On April 6, 1916 her brother J. D. Tate committed suicide by cutting his throat with a razor.
