Sheriff Sale By virtue of Pluries Fi. Va. to me directed, from th honorable the Superior Court of Law for th District of Hamilton,
I direct exposse to Public Sale, in the town of Greeneville on Friday the 5th day of September, 1805, two hundred acres of Land lying on the south side of Nolichucky River, known by the name of the Greene Ridge Ore Bank. Taken as the property of James Penny, to satisfy a Judgement which Thomas M. Corry lately recovered in said court against him, unless the same be previously satisfied. Due attendance wil be given.
