| Hickman County News Centreville, Hickman Co., Tenn. Thurs. Sept. 18, 1924 PASCHALL CASE AGAIN BEFORE JUDGE HOBBS Judge J. C. Hobbs is presiding at the third trial of Dr. G. C. PASCHALL of Williamson County, at Franklin, this week, on a charge of murder of his wife Mrs. Bessie Wilson PASCHALL, at their home in that county on Sept. 4, 1921. A late report indicates failure to secure a jury, a large number of veniremen having expressed or formed opinions in the celebrated case due to the wide publicity given the sensational trials formerly held. |
