Following is a transcription of the above person's (TN) obituary from The Tennessee
Watchman, Clarksville, Montgomery Co., TN, dated Friday 03/02/1821:
Died--Lately, at Port Royal, in this county, Mr. Jacob FELKNER, in the 57th year of his
age. He was a man without guile, possessed many good qualities, and as few bad ones as are
usually to be found in frail men.
