*Note from personal research of Vanessa Slea: The place of burial on the above death certificate was very difficult to read, so I did some research.   I found there was a historical community called Bellview in the vicinity of Rock Church in Dickson County.  Also, I found a James S. DAWSON listed in Rock Church Cemetery of Dickson Co., TN.   His dates in that listing were as follows: b. 1846 and d. 1917, which agree.    The burial information is from page 76 of Dickson County, Tennessee Cemetery Records Part I by Jill K. Garrett and Iris H. McClain.
