MRS. W. P. LOFTIS DIES AT ANDERSON'S BEND HOME

     Mrs. Mary Durden Harvill LOFTIS, wife of J. P. LOFTIS of the Anderson's Bend community, died Friday night at the family home after several weeks of illness.  the remains were interred at the Maddox cemetery on Saturday; funeral services being conducted by Rev. J. W. Justice of Littlelot.
     Deceased was 65 years of age and was married early in life to the late Marion HARVILL.  They were parents of the following children, who survive: Mrs. Lizzie BATES, Mrs. Ada MCDONALD, Mrs. Annie HOLDERFIELD and Mrs. Lora MCCORD.  Besides her husband and these children by a former marriage, other relatives live in this county.
     Mrs. LOFTIS was a highly respected woman, a devout member of the Methodist church many years and beloved by many friends.
