Last Will and Testament
of
W. P. Tracy DORRIS

     I, W. P. Tracy Dorris, do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other made be me at any time.
1st. I direct that my just debts be paid as soon after my death as practible, out of any money I may have on hand at my death.
2nd. I will and bequeth to my wife, Callie P. Tracy Dorris, all my property of every kind, real, personal, and mixed, for and during her natural life, and at her death, to go to my sons, William Marley Dorris, and Charles P. Dorris, on condition that they pay to Mary D. Baggett the sum of Fifty Dollars.
3rd. William Wiley Swift owes me the sum of Fifteen Dollars, and I direct that said debt be cancelled at my death, and I give him said amount in full of his portion in my estate.
Lastly, I do nominate and appoint my said wife, Callie C. Tracy Dorris Executrix of this my will without bond.
In witness whereof, I do to this my will, set my hand this the 24th day of September, 1936.

     Signed and published in our presence, and we have subscribed our names hereto in the presence of the testator, and at his request.  This the 24th day of September, 1936.

     The foregoing last will and testament was produced in open Court for probate, duly proven by the subscribing witnesses, thereupon the Court declared the same to be the last will and testament of William P. Tracy Dorris.
