WILL OF BERIAH GRANT
5 April 1825, CSL Docket 1451 at Connectict State Library.
Witnesses George Haley and Simeon Haley, brothers of Jeremiah Haley, jr. of New York City.
[The persons mentioned in Beriah Grant's will are first his wife, then his children, whom are supposedly in the order of birth]

to son Beriah Grant jr, all my reeal estate consisting of a lot of land in Groton, 16 Acres (the lot purchased by me of Jeremiah, George, and Simeon Haley under the inclumbrance of my wife and also to Beriah junr, I give six silver tablespoons to be in the possession of my wife until after her death.
