Janelle Young Cochrane of Chattanooga, Tenn., died Friday, April 16. She was 91. She had lived in the Chattanooga area for most of her life and was a member of White Oak Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Allie Young; husband, Harry A. Cochrane Sr.; son, Harry A Cochrane Jr.; brothers, Clem, W.G. and Judson Young; sisters, Marie Hardgies and Johnnie Fabracious. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Lynda and David Jones of Chattanooga; brothers, Willard Young of Sequatchie Valley, Tenn., Ben Young of Pikeville, Tenn.; sister, Ann Merriman of Sequatchie Valley; six grandchildren and their spouses, Jimmy and Shelly Marler Jr., Rhonda and Chris Haralson, Tony Cochrane, Jennifer and Cliff Swanson, Jabarina and Jonathan Willard, Jawana Templeton; great-grandchildren, Jason Haralson, Chris Haralson Jr., Ben Morgan, Amber Taylor, Billy Templeton, Gracie Willard, Hunter Ottinger; several nieces and nephews. Services: Monday, April 19, at 10:30 a.m. at Chattanooga National Cemetery with J.C. Walkins officiating. Visitation: all day Sunday, April 18, at the funeral home. Arrangements by W.L. Wilson and Sons Funeral Home, Fort Oglethorpe.
