Wyley Rayford Keel, 84, of Chattanooga, died Saturday, Jan 4, 2003, in a local nursing home.
     He was a native of Hazel Green, AL, but had lived in the Chattanooga area for more than 50 years. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII and a member of Tiftonia Church of Christ.
     He is survived by his wife, Virginia Keel, Chattanooga; son, Gary Keel, Harrison; two sisters, Edith Rice, Middleburg, PA, Vivian Wilbanks, Atlanda; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
     Funeral services will be held today at 4 p.m. in the Highway 58 Chapel with Minister Jeff Brown officiating.
     Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.
     The family will receive friends today at noon-4 p.m. at the Highway 58 Chapel of Turner Funeral Homes.
