Shelton Cemetery is located on DeFur Rd., a few miles south of Powell's Cross Roads on US Hy 27, Marion Co., Whitwell, TN. This Cemetery is about two acres in size, 80% of the graves are no longer marked.
We have done our best to record the names and dates of the individuals that are buried in this cemetery as they appeared on their markers but mistakes can be made. We have also left out the names and dates of the individuals that appear to be still living, out of respect for these families.
