HURST, MALOCKY HURST, ELIZA JANE HURST, MARIAH HURST, JOHN HURST and JASPER HURST one featherbed and furniture and thirty dollars in trade, the beds with the pillows to weighh thirty four pounds each; to my wife, my negro girl Sal and every piece of perishable property that I am possessed of, except one mare and a new wagon.. my executors,. to collect all the money that is due and pay all my just debts; the balance to be equally divided amonst my children hereinafter named (with exception of one hundred dollars tq be given to my wife, SARAH HURST, for the purpose of repairing the grist mill); ESQUIRE BURST, ALLEN HURST, MATILDY GRAVES, THOMPSON HURST, LUCINDA CRAVES, CAM?BELL HURST, SERENA HURST, JAMES D.
