The meetings of the Watauga Chapter are held in
February 2012
Our February Chapter Meeting will be held on the 27th. Our speaker will give a talk on the “History of the Wolf River and Greenway.” We will also have the American Heritage minute, American Indians minute, Americanism minute, and the Genealogical minute. Mark your calendars and plan to attend!
March 2012
Our Watauga Awards and Recognition Luncheon will be held on Saturday, March 24th, beginning at noon to “Honor Watauga Essay Winners, Watauga Good Citizens, and Our 50 and 50+ Year Members”. The 107th Tennessee State DAR Conference will be held March 29th – April 1st. Please click here to request additional information and make plans to attend!
April 2012
The April Chapter meeting will be held on April 25th. Our speaker will give a presentation on “Genealogy”. We will also have the Tennessee Society DAR Conference minute.
May 2012
Our May Chapter meeting will be held on the 21st. We will have a Tennessee Society DAR Conference Report, Reading of Resolutions, and the ROTC Awards minute.
June 2012
We are making plans for a Flag Day Luncheon, but these are still being worked. Please check back here later for updates!
The 121st Continental Congress will be held June 27th – July 1st in Washington D.C. Please click here to request additional information and make plans to attend!
