the County of Wilson and State aforesaid on the Waters of Cedar Lick Creek
and bounded as follows (Viz) Beginning at a white oak and dogwood in Warren
EATHERLY's South east corner thence east fifty and one fourth poles to a
stake thence North one hundred and fifty and one fourth poles to a stake
thence west fifty and one fourth poles to a cedar and ironwood said EATHERLYs
north east corner thence along said line south one hundred and fifty nine
poles to the beginning...."
