TN Cavalry around March 1865; on Roll of POWs of Co. G, 19 & 20 TN
Cavalry, CSA, commanded by Col. R. M. Russell, surrendered at Citronelle,
AL by Lt. Gen. Taylor, CSA, to Maj. Gen. Canby, USA, 5/4/65 and paroled
at Gainesville, AL 5/11/65 giving residence as Weakley County, TN.
