     Louisa was born circa 1841 at Indiana.1,2 She was the daughter of Enos Mann and Sarah Crawford. She married James J. Johnson at Adams County, Indiana, on 21 November 1858.

Be it remembered that on this twentieth of November, 1858 the following marriage license was issued, to wit: State of Indiana, to wit: Adams County, SS.

To all who shall see these presents, greeting: Know ye, that any person legally authorized to solemnize matrimony, is hereby licensed to join in marriage as husband and wife, James J. Johnson and Louisa Mann, and for so doing this shall be his sufficient authority. Witness, James B. Simcoke, Clerk of the Adams Circuit Court this twentieth of November, 1858.

Be it further remembered, that on this --, 1858 the following certificate was filed in my office, to wit: State of Indiana, Adams County, to wit: This certifies, that I joined in marriage, as husband and wife, James J. Johnson and Louisa Mann on the twenty-first of November, 1858. Joseph R. Smith, J.P. James B. Simcoke, Clerk..3,4 Louisa died circa 1865 at Adams County, Indiana.5
     Louisa was listed as a household member living with Enos Mann on the 1850 Census at Preble Twp., Adams County, Indiana.1 Louisa was listed as a household member living with James J. Johnson in the 1860 Census at Washington Twp., Adams County, Indiana.2
