Richard was born on 4 January 1919 at Adams County, Indiana.¹ He was the son of Daniel S. Moser and Ruth Gottschalk. Richard died on 17 November 1995 at Mesa, Maricopa County, Arizona, at age 76.¹ His body was interred on 24 November 1995 at Berne, Adams County, Indiana, M.R.E. Cemetery.¹
