FREE visitor parking, but permits are required to park on the SFASU campus. Call the University Police Department at 1-936-468-2615 for information and directions. The parking permit office is now located at the side of the new parking garage on Wilson Drive across from the Arboretum.

Early registration by calling the ETRC at 1-936-468-4100 is strongly recommended to reserve a computer, but early registration is not required. Time in the computer lab may be limited if there is a line. Members of ACGS will be on hand to give individual help with your research problems.

The regular meeting of ACGS will begin at noon in the Wyatt Room on the ground floor of the Steen Library. The main item of business will be the report of the nominating committee of a slate of officers for the 2011 calendar year.

During the afternoon Ms. Linda Reynolds, Director of the East Texas Research Center, will lead a tour of the behind the scenes operations of the ETRC.

This is a special workshop event for ACGS. The regular meetings of the society are the third Monday of the month at 5:00 p.m. in the community room of the Kurth Memorial Library in Lufkin, Texas.
