Wilma Waller Winn passed away on Sunday, Dec., 12, 2004 at the Austin, Texas Hospice. She and her husband Howard, moved to Sun City, Georgetown in August of this year to be near her two daughters, Barbara Winn and Judy Morton and husband Peter, all of whom survive her. She is also survived by a son, Rex Winn and wife Pam who reside in Atlanta, as well as three grandchildren, Perry Morton and Justin and Emily Winn and their mother Jane Winn, and other survivors include her three sisters and two brothers. Wilma and Howard resided in Bellville for approximately 15 years. She loved her home and was actively involved in the community. She was a dedicated member of her church, Christian Science Society of Bellville and served in many capacities. She was also a member of the local Ministerial Alliance, and for several years helped to make the National Day of Prayer a major event in Bellville. She had wonderful memories of all those she was associated with, her neighbors, friends, church members, clergy, and community leaders (for whom she provided prayer and comfort whenever called upon). There will be no funeral service. In lieu of the usual remembrances, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Christian Science Society in Bellville, Texas (979/865-5605) or the Hospice of Austin, Texas (512/322-0747).
