Hein Funeral Services for Allen Ray Hein, 48, of Wallis were held Friday, July 8, 2005 at 10 a.m. from St. Paul Lutheran Church in Wallis with the Rev. Ray Spitzenberger officiating. Interment was in Pilgrims Rest Cemetery in Bellville. Serving as pallbearers were Ronnie Hein, Marvin Henry, Frank Urbish, Ronnie Minks, David Kolafa and Anthony Commiato. Allen Ray Hein was born in Houston to Ewald and Earnestine (Tullis) Hein. Allen was baptized in 1957 by Pastor Miertschin at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Houston. He was confirmed at St. Paul's in 1971 by Pastor Rathgeber. In 1976 he graduated from Brazos High School where he played football. On April 8,1978, Allen Hein and Rose Witte were joined in Holy Matrimony at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Wallis, a union which was blessed with two children, Renee and Vikki. His beloved Rose passed away in 1987. Allen loved the out of doors and especially deer hunting. He also liked to fish and he cherished spending time with his family. Becoming a grandfather was one of the most joyful events of his life. He worked as a precision machinist for Sulzer Pumps in Brookshire. Allen Ray Hein passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2005 in Wallis. Allen is survived by two daughters, Renee Macha and husband Doug of Wallis and Vikki Hein of Conroe; his mother, Earnestine Hein of Wallis; his grandson Dayne; two brothers, Charlie Hein and wife Dorothy of Brookshire and Milford Hein and wife Cathy of Wallis; father-in-law. Earnest Witte of Wallis; and in-laws, Linda and Gary Knesek, Ernie and Debbie Witte, Kathy and Mike Kredell, Carl Witte and Jerry and Melinda Witte and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Rose Hein and father, Ewald Hein. Memorial Contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, Austin County Unit, Verna Lois Deere, Memorial Chairman, P.O.
