Honorary pallbearers were her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and the C.T.S. Fan Club. Born in Bleiblerville, Texas, Goldie Emma Janosky was the daughter of Richard Huff and Frieda Ueckert Huff. She was raised in the Nelsonville/Bleiblerville area and attended the Scranton Grove School. On March 5, 1935, Goldie and Mr. Edwin Janosky were married with ceremony held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Sealy, Texas. Goldie was a convert to the Catholic faith, when she got married, and being many years ago, she had to learn all the prayers in Czech. She was a homemaker all her life and a member of the I.C.C. Altar Society, where she held many offices. She would share with anyone what she had, be it from her garden, her canned goods or her clothes and Jewelry. Goldie took great pride in her appearance. She and Edwin enjoyed going to dances, everyone said they were ³the best couple on the dance floor². Even after Edwin passed away, Goldie loved to go dancing with Jenelle and Daniel, listening to and dancing to polkas and waltzs, but she very much enjoyed visiting with the CTS Fan club friends, who were so good to her. For her 93rd birthday, she decided that she wanted an old fashioned ³Koffee Klatch². She made up the guest list, the menu and then told Jenelle, ³now, take care of it². That was our Goldie. Her greatest delight was her grandson Dixon and his boys, Keith and Colin Ashorn. Goldie Emma Janosky died March 30, 2005 in Bellville.
