Eileen Bijie Pederson, 86, the daughter of Adam and Mabel Muske Bijie, was
in Brookshire and passed away Feb. 21, 2005 at her residence in Brookshire.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband of 54
years, 0. M, (Pete) Pederson.
Eileen was a very active member of the First United Methodist Church, Worthy
Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star, an avid bridge player and a
functioning partner in the family farm.
Her loving, generous and welcoming nature has inspired her children and
family to live life to its fullest potential and always look for the
beautiful. Her outgoing, witty personality made all of her acquaintances
soon become dear friends. We are eternally grateful for her unconditional
love.
She is survived by her daughter Lauren Jinks and husband Randy of Katy; sons
Mike and  Marianne Pederson of Seabrook, Rodney and Sharon Pederson of
Bellville, Chuck and Michele Pederson of Sugarland; grandchildren Brian and
Tiffani Jinks, David and Mikey Pederson, Clayton and Sam Pederson, Casey and
Kristina Hall; one great grandchild Barrett Jinks; sister Dot Morton of Katy
and numerous nieces and nephews; and many, many friends.
Funeral Service were Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2005, at 11 a.m. at the First
United Methodist Church in Brookshire, 707 Cooper Street, with the Rev. Jim
Thomson officiating. Burial followed in Memorial Oaks Cemetery. Pallbearers
were Keith Morton, Lee Morton, Brian Jinks, Clayton Pederson, Sam Pederson,
Mikey Pederson, David Pederson and Jim Bavouset.
