Funeral services for OšLee W. Schultz, 86, of Industry were held at 10 a.m.
Thursday, Dec. 15, 2005, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in
Industry with Father Tim Bucek officiating.
Interment followed in the church cemetery. A Rosary was recited at 7 p.m.
Wednesday at the Zaskoda Chapel in Industry where visitation began after 5
p.m. on Tuesday.
OšLee W. Schultz was born Nov. 12, 1919, in the Ledbetter Community, the son
of August and Alma (Goehring) Schultz.
He married Emilie (Emma) Kasparek on Nov. 29, 1939, in Fayetteville.
He served in the U.S. Army during WWII and has been a longtime resident of
Industry. For over 30 years he was an egg wholesaler and distributor.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Industry, the
Industry VFD and the Shelby Sons of Hermann Lodge. He was an avid gardener
and enjoyed fishing and telling good fish stories.
Mr. Schultz passed away Sunday, Dec. 11, 2005, in a Bryan hospital at the
age of 86 years and 29 days.
He is preceded in death by his parents, August and Alma (Goehring) Schultz
and his daughter, Evelyn Werchan.
Survivors include: wife of 66 years, Emilie (Emma) Schultz of Industry;
son-in-law, Alfred Werchan, Jr. of Elgin and formerly of Bryan;
granddaughter, Cindy Dominey and husband Darryl of Elgin.
Memorials may be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Industry
or the American Heart Association.
