 Funeral services for Joyce Toman, 60, of Sealy were held at 11 a.m. on
Tuesday, November 29 from Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Sealy
with the Rev. Octavio Muguerza celebrating the funeral mass and rite of
committal. Interment was in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Sealy.
She died Friday, November 25 in Katy.
Serving as pallbearers were Michael Harbich, Kenneth Harbich, Robert Rocha,
Charles Toman, Jr.., Michael Toman and David Lau.
Joyce was born in Brenham, the daughter of Carl and Hertha (Nolte)
Dallmeyer. She was raised in Columbus and attended Columbus schools. Joyce
worked at the newspaper in Flatonia doing clerical and advertising. She also
was a part time U.S. Postal Worker in Sealy.
Joyce was joined in marriage to Mr. Charles Toman with a ceremony held in
Bellville. She enjoyed fishing, Bingo and going to Louisiana.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Toman Sr. of Sealy, daughter, Lisa
Klozik of Flatonia, sons, bruce Klozik of Flatonia and Brian Klozik and wife
Denise of Bastrop, brother, Nelson Dallmeyer and wife Patricia of LaGrange
and a number of other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Hertha Dallmeyer  and
sister-in-law, Mary Ann Dallmeyer.
