Funeral services for Mary Loescher Ware, 87, of Sealy were held on Friday,
May 27 at 2:30 p.m. at Knesek Bros. Hwy 36 Chapel with Mr. David Massey
officiating. Interment was in the Sealy Cemetery.
Ware was born in Sealy, the daughter of Theodore and Bessie Lee (Ross)
Loescher. She was raised in Sealy and attended school in Sealy. Mary worked
for General Telephone as a Production Inspector.
She lived in California for 28 years and returned to Sealy in 1972 and
worked at Levine's. Mary was joined in marriage to: Mr. John Marcum on
November 9, 1942 until his death on April 25, 1974; and was joined in
marriage to Mr. Albert "Sonny"  Pagel on October 25, 1975 until his death on
October 12, 1980; and was joined in marriage to Mr. J.O. Ware on August 20,
1998. 
Mary was a member of Sealy Church of Christ and Sealy American Legion Ladies
Auxiliary. Mary Ware passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2005 in Sealy.
She is survived by: her husband  J.O. Ware on Sealy; stepsons, Gene Marcum
of Katy and Johnny Marcum of California; sisters,  Sadie of San Diego,
California; Evelyn Strum of Brookshire; and Lillian Sherman of Highland; and
numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her  parents, Theodore and Bessie Loescher; husbands,
John Marcum and Albert "Sonny" Pagel; sisters, Margaret Spahn and Grace
Viereck; brothers, Clarence "Tucker" and Vernun "Buddy" Loescher.
