Funeral Services for Leo Dziadek, Jr., 76, of Sealy were held on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010 at Knesek Bros. Hwy 36
Chapel with the Rev. David Vandercook officiating.
Interment was in the Sealy Cemetery. Pallbearers were, Russell Dziadek, John Strohm, Si Corbin, Larry Koy, Raymond
Dziadek and Chip Brock.
Mr. Dziadek died on Jan. 4, 2010 in Katy, Texas.
Leo Dziadek, Jr. was born to parents Leopold Dziadek, Sr. and Vlasta Balcar Dziadek in Goose Creek, Texas and was
raised in the Sheldon Area. He attended Sam Houston High School in Houston.
Leo married the former Miss Loretta Koy on Dec. 30, 1961 in Sealy.
He served our country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict, worked for Reynolds Aluminum for 42 years
retiring in 1997.
He loved to travel, tend to his fruit trees and he loved the outdoors, especially gardening and flowers. He was a
50 year member of SPJST and a member of Sealy AARP. He enjoyed watching Sealy football.
Leo is survived by his wife, Loretta Dziadek of Sealy, daughters, Alice Strohm and husband John of Katy and
Lisa Corbin and husband Si of Bentonville, Ark., son, Russell Dziadek and wife Sheri of Sealy, sisters, Helen Marsh and husband Roger of Mineola, Texas, Mildred
Borden and husband Joe of Houston and Dorothy Brock and husband Chip of Bellaire, brothers, Victor Dziadek and wife Kay of Russellville, Ark. and Raymond Dziadek
and wife Lu of Alamo, Texas, grandchildren, Mikaylee, Hannah and Sydnee Strohm, Courtney, Lindsey and Mason Dziadek, Emily and Drew Corbin.
Preceded in death by: parents, Leopold and Vlasta Dziadek, brother, Richard Dziadek, in-laws, Woodrow and
Funeral Services held under the direction of Knesek Bros. Funeral Chapel in Sealy.
