Funeral Services for Ellie Mae Reichart, 90, of Bernardo, Sept. 9, 2010 at St.
John Lutheran Church in Cat Spring with the Rev. Kevin Haug officiating.
Interment in the Cat Spring Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service are Crockett
Leyenbecker, Robert Berger, Otto Reichardt, Jr., Clemons Venghaus, Randall Tipp and Randy Reichardt.
Ellie Mae Hinkel was born to parents Henry and Ellie Keding Hinkel in New Ulm.
Ellie Mae was raised in the Bernardo-Cat Spring area and attended Cat Spring
She married Lesslie Reichardt on Nov. 25, 1943 at St. John Lutheran Church and
remained a member there until her death on Sept. 6, 2010.
She was a member of the Cat Spring Women’s Auxiliary, Sons of Hermann-Cat
Spring and was a homemaker as well as a salesperson for J.B. White in Columbus for 15 years.
Survivors include her daughter Ellen Wible and husband Donald of Cat Spring, son,
Roland Reichardt and wife Cindy of Cat Spring, grandchildren, Chad Wible, Brad and Stefanie Wible, sister, Jane Alexander of Abilene, sister-in-law, Maydell
Reichardt of Columbus and a number of nieces and nephews and cousin, Erna Lesser.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ellie Hinkel and husband,
Memorials may be made to St. John Lutheran Church , 480 Ross St., Cat Spring,
