Funeral services for Tom Theriot, 59, 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at the First United Methodist Church in
Sealy with the Rev. John Tyler officiating.
Interment in the Sealy Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service are Gene Theriot, Trace Anderson, Charlie Shelton,
Stacey Anderson, Chad Chadwick, Walter McIntosh, Karl Wayne Anderson, Scott Statsny, Chris Wallace and Tom Williams. Honorary Pallbearers are grandsons, T.J. and
Brandon Theriot.
Thomas Lonnie Theriot was born in Port Arthur, Texas to parents Joseph Lonnie and Rose Mae (Viator) Theriot. He
attended Little Flower Catholic School in Port Acres.
Tom continued his education with a full ride football scholarship to Kilgore Jr. College.
Tom was a Civil Engineer for the Texas Department of Highways.
On July 24, 1971 he married the love of his life, Cynthia Jane Anderson, in Port Arthur. To live with the Tom was
an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Sealy.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Cynthia Jane (Anderson) Theriot, his 3 children, Shane Theriot and wife
Missy of Sealy, Shenae Theriot (Daddy’s Girl) and fiancé Will Jones of Sealy, Shay Theriot and his wife Judie of Katy; his seven grandkids, Samantha Theriot,
Kaiton (KK) Theriot, T.J. Theriot, Brandon Theriot, Railon Theriot, Madison Jones and Wyatt Jones; brothers, Kenneth Theriot of La Porte and Charles Theriot and
wife Carol of Fred, Texas; sister, Maryann of Orange, Texas, sister-in-law, Dorothy Theriot of Johnson City and many other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Rose Theriot; brother, Gene Theriot, mother-in-law, Christine
Anderson, brothers-in-law, Stan and Mitch Anderson and nephew, Lamont Theriot.
