Ruval Lee Bolten Keller was born in Millheim, Austin County, Texas on Friday, April 4, 1930, and
slipped away from this earthly world peacefully on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at 12:50 a.m. with her bedside surrounded by family.
Ruval was preceded in death by her parents Richard Bolten and Flora Kollatschny-Bolten of Millheim
and her brother Norbert Bolten of Millheim.
Ruval attended Bellville Public Schools where she graduated from High School in 1948 and went on to
attend Durham’s Business College in Houston, Texas, graduating in 1949.
She lived the majority of her adult life in Houston where she worked and raised her family before
returning to Millheim to spend her golden years. During her retirement she enjoyed countless hours of crocheting, playing cards, watching her favorite
soap operas and spoiling her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren immensely.
Ruval is survived by her 3 daughters Jimmie Rodgers and husband, Don, of Conroe; Jackie Hogan and husband, Mike, of Deer Park; Doris Fuller and husband, Charlie, of Millheim and her 2 sons James Nelson and partner, Rojelio, of Houston and William Keller and wife, Lela, of Houston. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren Andrea, Grant, Michael, Garrett, Ariel, Cody, Travis, Alicyn, and Sarah; and 5 great grandchildren Sophie Mae, Giovanni, Mackenzie, Haiden, and Kirin; nieces Becky, Nancy and Blanche; nephews Delbert, Mark, and Robert; extended family Donna and Helen.
