HISTORY: This house was built about 1900 by G. W. Calrow. It burned when owned or occupied by the Cunningham family. It was located on Old Fredericksburg Road which runs west of the Boerne Cemetery. The John Merchant home later occupied the property. Merchant built a mobile home park next to his home, he donated adjacent land to build the Little League Baseball field.
