HISTORY: In 1873 Conrad Adam purchased property from F.E. Voges near the Balcones Creek. He built a large two story home. He gave a portion of this property to his son, Julius, to build this house. This house remained in the Adam family until 1974 when it was purchased by William and Sandra Canavan.
