HISTORY: This house was originally owned by Christian and Alma Schrader. In 2002 it was sold by its present owner, Fritz Houston, to the City of Boerne to connect Herff Road and Esser Road across Hwy 46E. The house itself will be by-passed by the highway, therefore it may remain standing.
