HISTORY: This house was built by Agnes and Maurice Neill. After Mr. Neill died Agnes lived here for many years until such time as she decided to sell to the Kirschke's. In the recent years another owner has remodelled by adding a second story and a porch with columns. They also added two more buildings to the property with decorations resembling Swiss market. River Road has become an extension of the business section of Boerne since 2000.
