HISTORY: This was the home of Charles Eugene "Casey" and Hertha Leidl Nickels. After Hertha died it was sold to the county for additional office space. The house was renovated by the county and used to house MHMR. In September, 2012 the Genealogical & Historical Society of Kendall County leased the house for its Library and Society headquarters.
