HISTORY: Built by Ludwig Phillip, a master carpenter and rock mason. He also built St. Helena's Church. In the 1950's the home was purchased by the Gordon Hollon's. They remodelled extensively and made additions to the original home. Arno Harz was the principal builder doing this remodelling.
