HISTORY: This house remained in the Toepperwein family for many years. It was rented by Max Schwarz and his wife, Mildred Whitworth Schwarz. After the Schwarz children were grown, they built a cottage next door. The Bagg's family then purchased and occupied the house since about 1990.- from personal knowledge -Catharine Schwarz
