Lillie (Cernosek) Bacak, 95, of Austin and formerly of Dubina, died Oct 5, at her home. Funeral services were held Oct 9 at At Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in Dubina with the Rev Don Sawyer and Deacon Joe Crowley officiating. Interment was in the Dubina Catholic Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Bacak was born Aug 30, 1905 in Ammansville, the daughter of John A and Agnes (Sobotik) Cernosek. She married Edward Bacak Oct 26, 1926 in Ammansville.

She was a member of the KJZt and Christian Mothers Club. A homemaker, she lived in Ammansville and Dubina area until she moved to Austin 10 years ago. Survivors are one daughter, Bernice Ermis and husband Ike of Austin; 4 sisters, Betty Jasek and Martha Mensik and husband Silvan of Ammansville, Mathilda Bartosh of El Campo and Frances Oswald of San Antonio; one sister-in-law, Annie Cernosek of Ammansville; 2 grandchildren; one great-grandchild and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
