Mrs. Lona G. Balcar, age 57 years of 726 West Pyron Road, died Wednesday in a local hospital.

Survivors: Husband, Robert Balcar; son, Robert Balcar, Jr.; daughters, Mrs. Alice Brown of Bassler City, La., Mrs. Roberta Chenault of Grove, Texas, and Mrs. Joyce Melancon of San Antonio; brothers, Raymond Klug of San Antonio, and Paul Klug of Converse, Texas; sisters, Mrs. Elise Helmke, Mrs. Lucille Schulz, Mrs. Herina Wahl, Mrs. Virginia Davis, all of San Antonio and Mrs. Georgenia Schmoekel of Marlon, Tex. and Mrs. Lillian Uhr of Baytown, Texas; 6 grandchildren.

Services will be Saturday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock in the Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. Herman Dannhaus officiating. Innterment will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.
