Mrs. Theresa Baletka, 55, of 7415 Laredo St died 5 AM Wednesday in a Houston hospital.

Survivors: Jerry Baletka; sons, Jerry Jr, Raymond J., Richard R. Baletka, all of Houston; sisters, Mrs. Annie Hroman, Fort Worth, Mrs. Frances Berka, Houston; brothers, Jim Reznicek, Floydada, Frank Reznicek, West; four grandchildren.

Services 3 p.m. Thursday, Harbor Baptist Church, the Rev. R. F. Halbert. Burial, South Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Elmo Schutte, Fred Burl, C. L. Rushing, Fred Vojtek, John Fillipek, Charles Kubin.
