Elda Bohmann Baros, 84, of Victoria, died Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2002.

She was born April 12, 1918, in Stockdale, to the late Willie and Helen Coldewey Bohmann. She was a homemaker and a member of Grace Presbyterian. She was a member of the Victoria Garden Club and the NUF Club Church Circles.

Survivors: daughter, Luanne Owen of Apple Valley, Minn.; son, W.J. "Bill" Baros of Houston; brother, Elmo Bohmann of San Antonio; and two grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: husband, W.J. "Bill" Baros; and parents.

Visitation will be 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday at Rosewood Funeral Chapels.

Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Memory Gardens Cemetery, the Rev. Dan Fultz officiating. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Grace Presbyterian Church. Rosewood Funeral Chapels, Victoria, 361-573-4546.
