Funeral services for Henry Otto Baros, 86, of Westhoff were held Nov 10 at St John Lutheran Church in Westhoff with the Rev William Hill officiating. Burial followed at the Westhoff Cemetery.

He died Nov 7. He was born March 22, 1914 in Westhoff, the son of Frank A and Amalie (Lukas) Baros.

He was a cattle rancher and a member of St John Lutheran Church in Westhoff. He was a member of SPJST Lodge 125, the Westhoff Fire Dept and the Westhoff Cemetery Assn.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Julius Baros; and one grandson.

Survivors include his wife LuElla J (Sauer) Baros; daughter, Glenneth Bednoz of Schroeder; son, Frank Albert Baros of Westhoff; sister, Leona Caskey of Smiley; brothers, Bennie Baros, George Baros and Edwin Baros, all of Westhoff; 4 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Scott Baros, Mark Baros, Tommy Baros, Jimmy Caskey, Steven Kraatz and Gregg Bunjes.

Honorary pallbearers were August Schulle, Joe Boston and Dr Mark Heard.

Funeral handled by Freund Funeral Home of Cuero.
