Flatonia -- Services for Julia Zapalac Barta, 92, of Flatonia, who died Tuesday, will be 10 a.m. today at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, the Rev. Charles Carolan officiating.

Burial will be at Flatonia Catholic Cemetery. Smith Funeral Home, Flatonia, 361-865-3311.

Pallbearers: Brad Masek, Neal Masek, Kent Milson, Emil Kocian, Ervan Zouzalik and Lonnie G. Garbede Jr

Note: Mrs. Barta was the widow of Christian Barta. Her son, Leonard Barta, his children and grandchildren survive her.
