Dorothy Ofczarzak Gates, 69, passed away May 16, 2003.

She is preceded in death by her mother: Rose Ofczarzak.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years: Jimmie; children" Kathleen and husband Joe, James and wife Deborah, and Jerry and wife Linda; grandchildren:Christopher, Jason, Valerie, Ryan, Rainelle, Jasper, and Jennie; and great-grandson: Caleb, many loving brothers and sisters, along with a host of loving friends and relatives.

She retired from nursing after 31 years of employment with William V. Cruce, M.D,

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 19, 2003 from 5-8 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, May 20, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Oaks Funeral Home with Interment to follow in Memorial Oaks Cemetery. Donations may be made in Dorothy's memory to the Selerodoma Foundation.
