Cestohowa - Regina Gawlik, 84, of Cestohowa, died Saturday, May 24, 2003.

She was born March 8, 1919, in Cestohowa, to the late Thomas and Elizabeth Jaskinia Broll. She was a homemaker and farmer/rancher. She was a member of the Nativity of Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church.

Survivors: daughters, Evelyn Moy and Joan Shaw, both of San Antonio; sons, Kenneth Gawlik of Victoria and Ronnie Gawlik of Cestohowa; sisters, Magdaline Moczygemba and Frances Sekula, both of Cestohowa, and Katherine Kalinoski of San Antonio; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: husband, Joseph Gawlik.

A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. tonight at Nativity of Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Gregory Sawicki officiating.

Burial will be at Cestohowa Cemetery. Eckols Funeral Home, Kenedy, 830-583-2533.
