Margaret Gerdes, 80, of Victoria, died Saturday, June 7, 2003.

She was born April 1, 1923, in Victoria, to the late Arthur and Agnes Lenz Rosenquest. She was a Lutheran and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Preceded in death by: husband, Lt. Col. Norman J. Gerdes; parents; sister, Lucille Brophy; and brother, Carl Rosenquest.

Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Trinity Lutheran Chapel, the Rev. Barney Matocha officiating.

Burial will be at Memory Gardens. Colonial Funeral Home, Victoria, 361-578-3535.
