Dorothy Gorka, 64, of La Grange died in La Grange Friday morning. Funeral services held Sunday in Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Hostyn, with the Rev. Msgr. Stanley Petru officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. [dates not given] Born in Hostyn Aug. 9. 1934, Mrs. Gorka was the daughter of Cyril M. and Martha (Svec) Muras. She was united in marriage with Julius Gorka Feb. 12, 1955 in Hostyn. Surviving areher mother, Martha Muras of La Grange; one daughter and son-in-law, Elaine and Larry Zbranek of LaGrange, four brothers and sisters-in-law, Bernard and Mary Jan Muras, Henry and Joyce Muras, Cyril and Mary Muras and Leo Muras, all of LaGrange; two sisters and brothrs-in-law, Alice and Edmund Faldyn of Sealy and Marcella and Lawrence Waner of Hallettsville; and three grandchildren, Brian, Christina and Jennifer Zbranek, all of LaGrange. She was preceded in death by her father and husband. Koenig-Peel & Strickland, LaGrange.
